In this works 3D modeling, design and safety management of high rise building using information modeling (BIM) technology is carried out.. Initially a AutoCAD plan with all its salient features developed following byelaws building. Then the rendering done in Revit architecture 2D which imported from AutoCAD. The analysis out ETabs software. Apart structural Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing (MEP) services BIM . layout fire system specified efficiently use co-ordination MEP services. application based process resulted considerable time reduction compression traditional holistic compatibility different softwares.
